UK Restaurants From TikTok: London Steak, Viral Spots and Edinburgh
Eight of the nine places are in London, and the list splits into two moods. On one side is steak: Hawksmoor St. Pancras and Ibai, both from a 'Top 10 Steak Restaurants in Europe 2026' post, plus Swiss Butter, the viral budget steakhouse in Holborn. On the other are casual and novelty spots: Happy at Piccadilly Circus, two branches of 1910 Cantina, and a café in the Natural History Museum gardens.
Edinburgh has the most posted name, a Zizzi on Queensferry Street, though its three posts are about the city and its sunsets more than the pizza. The odd one out is Notting Hill Fish + Meat, a fishmonger that hosts tuna butchery tasting events. Prices are moderate apart from Hawksmoor, Ibai and the Notting Hill shop.

Where creators go
- Swiss Butter
A casual steakhouse on Southampton Row in Holborn, serving beef, chicken or salmon under a secret 33-herb butter sauce with unlimited fries, salad and baguette. The creator recommends it for value but corrects the viral price: £19.95, not £19. Queues are common, so time your visit.
- Happy
A bright, family-friendly restaurant at Coventry St by Piccadilly Circus, with a menu that runs from sushi to burgers. The creator's standouts are cheeseburger spring rolls, skirt steak with black truffle sauce and carbonara finished tableside in a Parmesan wheel. Useful for a pre-theatre meal near Leicester Square.
- Hawksmoor St. Pancras
A steakhouse and cocktail bar inside the Grade I-listed St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel on Euston Road. Alongside steaks and seafood, the signature snack is Scotch olives with blue cheese, and there is a Martini Bar with a terrace and DJ stage. Expensive, and a short walk from the Eurostar platforms.
- Ibai
A Basque grill at Bartholomew Close in the City of London, cooking aged Galician Blond and Fullblood Wagyu over fire in an open kitchen. The signature is the 'Croque Ibai' toastie, and the wine cellar is well stocked. Expensive, and featured in the same European steak ranking as Hawksmoor.
- Zizzi Edinburgh Queensferry Street
A casual Italian restaurant in Edinburgh's West End, with Rustica pizzas, pasta, risotto and desserts like tiramisu and a choc-orange fondant. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are clear, and there is a kids' menu. Its three posts are mostly about Edinburgh itself, so treat it as a reliable stop rather than a destination.
- Notting Hill Fish + Meat
A high-end fishmonger and grocer on Westbourne Grove that sells bluefin tuna, meat from H.G. Walter, produce from Natoora and cheese from Neal's Yard Dairy, and runs its own sushi menu. The post is about its events: a tuna flown in from Spain and butchered in front of guests for a tasting menu. Expensive, and more food experience than restaurant.
- 1910 Cantina
A Mexican restaurant and wine bar on New Kings Road in Fulham, with cochinita pibil, tequila and mezcal flights and regular agave masterclasses. The post introduces an August brunch special: lamb barbacoa flautas with avocado-coriander salsa, pickled onion and feta. Moderate prices and a high-energy room.

Two more London options
The Balham branch, 1910 Mexican Cantina on Ramsden Road, shares the same brunch flautas post and focuses on tequila and mezcal cocktails, with a gluten-free menu. In South Kensington, Garden Kitchen sits in the Natural History Museum gardens, a casual outdoor stop for a museum day. It closes December 24 to 26.
Good to know
The creator who visited Swiss Butter in Holborn points out that the viral '£19 steak' actually costs £19.95. That includes the secret butter sauce, unlimited fries, a green salad and warm baguette. They recommend it for value but warn about queues.
