Milan From Creator Videos: Aperitivo, Panzerotti, Duomo
A cheap spritz is a good way into the Milan that creators post. Bar Picchio, a 1969 bar and tabacchi in Porta Venezia, pours one for €3.50 according to a post, and the evenings go on from there: a Negroni Sbagliato Jumbo at Mom Cafè, Italian pop karaoke at Il Patuscino in Brera, a Monday night party at Tom. By day the videos move to the Duomo rooftop, the panzerotti at Luini and the Wes Anderson interior of Bar Luce.
Of the 21 Milan places saved from these posts, there are four bars, four restaurants, four sights, three bakeries and pastry shops, two cafes and two neighborhoods, Navigli and Porta Nuova. Milano Centrale, the main train station, is the one posted twice. Many of the rest sit around the Duomo, Brera and Porta Venezia, and prices run from cheap panzerotti to Langosteria's luxury seafood on Via Savona.

Aperitivo and late nights
The posts treat aperitivo as its own category. Mom Cafè in Porta Romana runs an aperitivo buffet and gets so crowded that one creator calls it the nightlife hotspot of the area. Il Verzeratt dal 1919, near the University of Milan, is a fruit shop that doubles as an aperitivo stop. Navigli adds drinks along the Naviglio Grande and Naviglio Pavese canals. Later on, a creator calls Il Patuscino the most iconic karaoke night in Milan, with 70s to 90s Italian pop in a small, crowded room, and Tom moves from aperitivo into its club, Stock, which another post recommends for Monday nights.
Around the Duomo
The Duomo di Milano record says to book tickets online to avoid long queues, and the rooftop terraces are the draw, up by the Madonnina on the highest spire. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Italy's oldest active shopping arcade, links Piazza Duomo to Piazza della Scala. Food near the cathedral is quick: schiacciata sandwiches at All'Antico Vinaio on Via Lupetta and sweet or savory panzerotti at Luini, where long lines at peak hours are expected. A short walk away, Castello Sforzesco holds Michelangelo's Pietà Rondanini and Leonardo's Sala delle Asse, and its grounds are free.
Coffee, bread and pastry
Orsonero Coffee in Porta Venezia, open since 2016 and described as Milan's original specialty coffee shop, roasts its own single-origin beans and serves espresso standing or seated. Panificio Davide Longoni bakes long-fermented sourdough. Pasticceria Marchesi, founded in 1824, is the place for panettone and a Milanese breakfast, at the expensive end. Bar Luce, inside Fondazione Prada, has pastel Formica furniture, vintage pinball machines and a miniature vaulted ceiling inspired by the Galleria, and you can walk in without a museum ticket.
Good to know
Bar Picchio on Via Melzo in Porta Venezia is the cheap option creators point to, with a spritz at €3.50 according to one post, in a bar that keeps its classic 1970s interior. Mom Cafè's aperitivo buffet in Porta Romana and Il Verzeratt's fruit shop aperitivo near the university are other casual evening stops from the videos.
